Three decades of deals, distilled into a disciplined operating model.

Andmore Company was built on a simple observation: most fix-and-flip operators are great at one part of the work — finding deals, or running crews, or sourcing capital — but rarely all three. We assembled the bench instead.

One of our founders has spent over thirty years buying, renovating, and reselling residential real estate. That experience has produced something more valuable than a portfolio: a network. Hard money lenders who pick up on the first ring. General contractors who price honestly and finish on time. Real estate attorneys who close clean and protect downside. Title officers, inspectors, agents — the unglamorous infrastructure that turns a flip from a gamble into a process.

We operate nationwide, on properties of any size, in any market where the numbers work. We move quickly, we underwrite conservatively, and we treat every property like a portfolio asset rather than a transaction.

i. Source

Find the right property.

Whether you bring us a lead or we source independently, every deal starts with rigorous underwriting. We model conservatively and walk away early when the numbers don’t work.

ii. Fund

Capital, ready to deploy.

Our hard money relationships let us close fast. Funding the acquisition, renovation budget, and carrying costs is rarely the bottleneck.

iii. Renovate

Trusted crews, on schedule.

Our contractor network bids honestly, builds well, and finishes on time. Scope is set up front; surprises are managed, not absorbed.

iv. Sell

List, close, distribute.

Strategic pricing, professional listing, clean closing. Profits are distributed per the deal structure agreed at the start.

You don’t need capital to be our partner. You need a property worth flipping — and the willingness to be on site to keep the project honest.

The structure

If you bring us a property that pencils as a profitable fix-and-flip, we’ll arrange the financing, manage the operational stack, and execute the renovation and sale.

Profit share to you

Exact split is determined deal by deal, based on the property, the projected margin, and the complexity of the project. Higher-margin deals can support higher splits.

    You bring the property

    A house or building you’ve identified that can be renovated and resold for profit. Anywhere in the United States.

  • ii.

    We bring the money

    Acquisition, renovation, and carrying costs are funded through our hard money relationships. You contribute zero capital.

  • iii.

    You oversee the job site

    Your role is on-the-ground oversight — visiting the property regularly, keeping eyes on the work, and flagging issues early. We handle everything else.

  • iv.

    We share the profit

    On the sale, profits are distributed per the agreed split. Documented up front, no surprises at the closing table.
